Celebration Service Times

Here at First Christian Church, we offer a number of service times to meet your schedule.  We see them as Connections, opportunities for you to connect with God and other people.

5:30 pm Saturday Celebration

Auditorium with Ross Pepper: Join us for a time of celebration that utilizes a blend of contemporary and traditional music that leads to great life messages.  It is similar to our Sunday services, yet with a casual atmosphere!  While the 6th graders through adults are involved in this God-centered gathering, the 5th graders and younger benefit from our excellent Children's Ministry opportunities.  And after the service there is a Saturday Night Bible Study in Room 128C/D lead by Ross Pepper.

8:40 am Sunday Celebration #1

Auditorium with Ross Pepper: Like all of our services, this Celebration service is filled with a blend of contemporary and traditional music.  It includes a great life message while the children benefit from our first-class programs.

Wee Worship: Preschoolers (2 yrs. - K) enjoy learning about God in a safe, fun environment. Hands-on crafts, games and activities make this a productive time for our preschool children.

Nursery: 0-12 mo. and 12-24 mo. Parents enjoy church more when they know they can place their children in our fully staffed nursery. A paging system gives parents extra comfort as they trust their children to our care.

9:50 am Sunday Bible Fellowship Classes

Several Adult Bible Fellowship Groups exist for all ages and stages of life from newlyweds to empty nesters. Christianity 101 and 201 give newcomers an introduction to our church.

Several Sunday school classes for ages 2-5 and grades K-12 offer an age appropriate time for students to study God's Word.

Nursery is also provided this hour for ages 0-24 months.

11:00 am Sunday Celebration #2

Auditorium with Ross Pepper: This Celebration includes a blend of contemporary and traditional music that helps prepare you for great life messages.  Excellent children's programs are offered.

Children's Church, Wee Worship and Nursery programs run identical to our 8:40 am service.
